We recruit Indonesian crew directly and supply Vietnamese crew through HP Marine, our own company in Hai Phong, Vietnam — extending to Cambodia and Thailand on request.

HP Marine is our crewing company in Hai Phong, Vietnam — an established manning house with a pool of roughly 500 seafarers, around 300 active onboard, serving officers, engineers and ratings on tankers, bulk carriers and container ships. We have manned vessels with full Vietnamese complements.
